Not much is known about Leah, only that she narrates the Diablo III cinematic trailer and appears to be either an assistant or apprentice to Deckard Cain.

It's speculated from her screentime in the trailer that she will play a consistent part in progressing the storyline, aiding the player along their journey alongside or largely in place of the aging Deckard Cain.
