We're excited to announce that our first ever contest is now underway. Up for grabs are 20 beta keys from the Worldwide Invitational 2008 event good for entry into the World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King beta test, and an exclusive Archangel Tyrael pet for your live realm World of Warcraft characters. Good luck to you all! * Note: While the keys from the WWI event are intended to be used in the EU version of the game, Blizzard will gladly exchange the codes with NA versions for the winners. |

Oh wow, wasn't expecting something like this (that's a good surprise). I really like the contest format, I'm no artist so it looks like I'll have 3/4 chances to win a key per week (mostly want the pet though, I'm a rabid collector) :P |

... does the beta key even if you dont have WoW? because i want to enter the contest, but if i cant use what i could potentially win then their is no point The beta key and pet code are for World of Warcraft - if you don't own the game or don't have a friend that plays the contest is not for you unfortunately. |

This is a really good idea! I bet a bunch of people will make accounts just to get into the Beta though =P I wouldn't really play the Beta much if I won, but I would love to have the pet!... does the beta key even if you dont have WoW? because i want to enter the contest, but if i cant use what i could potentially win then their is no point Pssssst, Flash, if you win, could I get your pet please? =DDD |

#15 08-18-2008, 07:17:24 PM CDT They gave us an email address to pass onto the winners for the exchange, I'm assuming it's pretty quick since it's likely not a high-volume email. You'd be able to use the Tyrael pet code right away though. |
