Unofficial Patch 1.0.4 Changes - Paragon Levels, Skills and Legendary Passives

Unofficial Patch Changes
The following are datamined changes for the upcoming patch 1.0.4.11327. Keep in mind that while the patch is on their servers and is set to be deployed in the coming week, Blizzard can still choose to delay the patch for additional tweaks.

New Legendary Passives
The following legendaries are getting new & unique passives. Not much is known other than what you see below so you'll have to wait until the patch to see these in action!

Azurewrath This weapon will forcefully repel undead enemies.
Band of Fallen Heroes This ring sometimes summons a Skeleton when you attack.
Band of Hollow Whispers This ring occasionally haunts nearby enemies.
Blood-Magic Blade Blood oozes from you.
Boneshatter Slain enemies rest in pieces.
Bul-Kathos's Warrior Blood You occasionally Whirlwind furiously.
Bul-Kathos's Wedding Band You drain life from enemies around you.
Buriza-Do Kyanon [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance for ranged projectiles to pierce enemies.
Butcher's Carver The Butcher still inhabits his carver.
Calamity [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to target enemies with Marked for Death when you hit them.
Cataclysm [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to sunder the ground your enemies walk on when you attack.
Cluckeye [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to cluck when attacking.
Death Watch Mantle [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to explode with knives when hit by enemies.
Demon Machine [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to shoot explosive bolts when attacking.
Demon's Wings Chance to reflect projectiles when you are hit by enemies.
Fire Brand [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to cast a fireball when attacking.
Fire Walkers Burn the ground you walk on.
Fjord Cutter [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to be surrounded by a Chilling Aura when attacking.
Flying Dragon Chance to double your attack speed when attacking.
Genzaniku Chance to summon a ghostly Fallen Champion when attacking.
Goldskin Chance for enemies to drop gold when you hit them.
Last Breath Slain enemies rest in pieces.
Manajuma's Ritual Prize You are surrounded by a deadly Poison Cloud.
Maximus Chance to summon a Demonic Slave when attacking.

Pus Spitter [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to lob an acid blob when attacking.
Puzzle Ring This ring sometimes calls forth a Treasure Goblin when you are hit.
Schaefers's Hammer [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to be protected by Lightning when you are hit.
Scourge [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to explode with demonic fury when attacking.
Sever Slain enemies rest in pieces.
Shenlong's Endless Wave Chance to hurl a ball of pure energy when attacking.
Sky Splitter [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to Smite enemies when you hit them.
Skycutter Chance to summon angelic assistance when attacking.
The Burning Axe of Sankis Chance to fight through the pain when enemies hit you.
The Butcher's Sickle [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to drag enemies to you when attacking.
The Gidbinn Chance to summon a Fetish when attacking.
The Grin Reaper Chance to summon horrific Mimics when attacking.
The Paddle Slap!
The Raven's Wing Ravens flock to your side.
Thunder God's Vigor [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to cause Shock Pulse to erupt from your enemies when you hit them.
Vigilance Chance to cast Inner Sanctuary when you are hit.
Wizardspike [{VALUE1} * 100]% chance to hurl a frozen orb when attacking.

Paragon Levels
In what we expect will be a brand new game system unveiled with Jay Wilson's magic find blog this week, some interesting new strings and assets were added with this patch. No further details are known, but you can drool over what we've found thusfar.

      • Punish rune increases the damage of your skills by 8% for 5 seconds (up from 6%)
      • Instigation rune generates 4 additional fury per attack (down from 6)
    • Cleave
      • Deals 140% weapon damage (up from 120%)
      • Broad Sweep rune increases the damage to 175% (up from 156%)
    • Hammer of the Ancients
      • Strikes enemies for 325% weapon damage (up from 200%)
      • Smash rune does 406.25% weapon damage (up from 270%)
      • Rolling Thunder rune creates a shockwave that deals 275% weapon damage (up from 155%)
    • Overpower
      • Crushing Advance rune redirects 35% of incoming damage (up from 30%)
    • Rend
      • Causes enemies to bleed for 700% weapon damage over 5 seconds (up from 210% weapon damage over 3 seconds)
      • Lacerate rune increases the bleed damage to 903% (up from 270.9%)
      • Mutilate rune increases the bleed duration to 7 seconds (up from 5)
      • Bloodbath rune cause a 100% weapon damage bleed in a 10 yard radius over 5 seconds when bleeding enemies die (up from 60% damage over 3 seconds)
    • Seismic Slam
      • Wave of Destruction causes 240% weapon damage in a 45 yeard arc (up from 155%)
      • Shattered Ground rune increases the damage to 288% (up from 202%)
      • Cracking Rift rune focuses the shockwave for 350% weapon damage in a 42 yard path (up from 255%)
    • Sprint
      • Run Like the Wind rune now deals 60% physical damage over 3 seconds to all affected enemies. Previously the tornadoes would deal the 60% damage instantly.
    • Weapon Throw
      • Deals 130% weapon damage (up from 100%)
      • Mighty Throw rune increases the damage to 169% (up from 130%)
    • Whirlwind
      • Strikes everything in your path for 145% weapon damage (up from 110%)
         
  • Demon Hunter
    • Bola Shot
      • Deals 160% weapon damage (up from 130%)
      • Acid Strike rune fires 3 bolas that each deal 160% weapon damage as poison (up from 130%)
      • Thunder Ball rune deals 160% weapon damage as lightning (up from 130%)
      • Imminent Doom rune augments the bola to deal 216% weapon damage as Arcane to the target and 149% weapon damage as Arcane to all other targets within 7 yards (up from 182% and down from 154% respectively)
    • Brooding
      • Now gives you 1% maximum life per second all the time, regardless of whether or not you've taken damage.
    • Caltrops
      • Jagged Spikes rune redesigned to deal 270% physical damage over 6 seconds to enemies in the area (up from a 45% single-hit)
    • Chakram
      • Deals 170% weapon damage as physical (up from 150%)
      • Twin Chakrams rune fires 2 chakrams that deal 114% weapon damage (up from 101%)
      • Boomerang rune fires a chakram in a loop, dealing 230% weapon damage along its path (up from 188%)
      • Serpentine rune fires a slow movin chakram that deals 230% weapon damage as poison along its path (up from 203%)
      • Razor Disk rune fires a chakram that spirals from its target location, dealing 187% weapon damage as arcane along its path (up from 165%)
      • Shuriken Cloud rune surrounds yourself with chakrams for 120 seconds, dealing 34% weapon damage as physical to nearby enemies (up from 30%)
    • Cluster Arrow
      • Fires a cluster arrow that explodes for 225% weapon damage as fire (up from 200%)
      • Maelstrom rune fires shadow energy that deals 165% weapon damage as physical (up from 145%)
    • Entangling Shot
      • Imbues an arrow with shadow energy that deals 90% weapon damage (up from 75%)
      • Shock Collar rune strikes targets with electrified chains that do an additional 70% weapon damage over 2 seconds (up from 17.5% per second for 2 seconds)
    • Evasive Fire
      • Backflip shot hits for 130% weapon damage (up from 125%)
      • Covering Fire shoots a spread of bolts that hit 3 targets for 130% weapon damage each (up from 125%)
    • Grenades
      • Gas Grenades rune tooltip has been reworded for clarity, now deals 75% weapon damage over 3 seconds (unchanged damage).
    • Impale
      • Impale a target for 265% weapon damage (up from 250%)
      • Chemical Burn rune causes the target to also bleed for 220% weapon damage over 2 seconds (up from 125%)
    • Multishot
      • Costs 30 hatred (down from 40)
      • Fire at Will rune reduces the cost to 15 hatred (down from 20)
    • Rain of Vengeance
      • Deals 715% weapon damage over 5 seconds (up from 74.75% damage per second for 5 seconds)
      • Beastly Bombs rune summons 20 shadow beats that deal 245% weapon damage each (up from 125%)
      • Dark Cloud rune launches a massive volley of guided arrows that deal 792% weapon damage over 12 seconds (up from 35% per second for 12 seconds)
      • Anathema rune summons a shadow beast that drops grenades dealing 3300% weapon damage over 15 seconds (up from 115% per second for 15 seconds)
      • Flying Strike rune summons a group of 8 shadow beasts that plummet from the sky dealing 100% weapon damage each and stunning enemies for 2 seconds (up from 60%)
      • Stampede rune summons a wave of 10 shadow beats to tear across the ground, knocking back enemies and dealing 120% weapon damage each (up from 75%)
    • Rapid Fire
      • Rapidly fire for 276% weapon damage as physical (up from 228%)
      • Bombardment rune rapidly fires grenades that explode for 345% weapon damage as fire (up from 276%)
    • Sentry
      • Drop a turret on the ground that fires at nearby enemies for 55% weapon damage (up from 20%)
      • Chain of Torment rune creates a tether between you and the sentry that does 80% weapon damage per second to every enemy it touches (up from 40%)
    • Smoke Screen
      • Choking Gas rune leaves a cloud behind that deals 700% weapon damage as physical over 5 seconds (up from 70% per second for 5 seconds)
    • Strafe
      • Randomly shoot at enemies for 156% weapon damage (up from 120%)
      • Demolition rune throws bouncy grenades that explode for 188% weapon damage (up from 144%)
    • Vault
      • Trail of Cinders rune redesigned to leave a trail of fire that deals 1500% weapon damage as fire over 3 seconds
         
  • Monk
    • Crippling Wave
      • Generates 7 Spirit per attack (up from 6)
      • Rising Tide rune now generates 5 spirit for every target hit
    • Dashing Strike
      • Quickly dash at the targeted enemy or location, dealing 160% weapon damage and rooting the target for 1 second (up from 100%)
    • Deadly Reach
      • Strike from Beyond rune now generates 10 spirit for every target hit
    • Exalted Soul
      • Now also increases Spirit regeneration by 1 per second.
    • Exploding Palm
      • Bleeds for 745% weapon damage over 9 seconds (up from 220% over 3 seconds)
      • Impending Doom rune bleeds for 745% weapon damage over 15 seconds (up from 220% over 6 seconds)
      • Creeping Demise rune clarifies the 80% snare now lasts for 3 seconds
      • The Flesh is Weak rune causes the target to take 12% additional damage for 9 seconds (up from 3 seconds)
      • Essence Burn rune changes the bleed effect to a burn for 745% weapon damage as fire over 9 seconds (up from 250% over 3 seconds)
    • Fists of Thunder
      • Quickening rune now generates 15 Spirit for every target hit
    • Lashing Tail Kick
      • Deadly roundhouse that deals 235% weapon damage (up from 200%)
      • Vulture Claw Kick rune releases a torrent of fire that burns nearby enemies for 259% weapon damage as fire (up from 220%)
      • Spinning Flame Kick rune hurls a column of fire that burns through enemies, causing 294% weapon damage as fire to each enemy it strikes (up from 240%)
    • Seven-Sided Strike
      • Dash rapidly between targets, dealing 1778% weapon damage over 7 hits (up from 777%)
      • Sudden Assault rune teleports to the target and increases the damage to 2310% (up from 1008%)
      • Fulminating Onslaught rune causes each strike to explode for 254% weapon damage as holy in a 7 yard radius around the target (up from 111%)
    • Sweeping Wind
      • Master of Wind rune increases the duration of the vortex to 20 seconds (up from 10 seconds)
    • Tempest Rush
      • Deals 85% weapon damage while running (up from 50%)
    • The Guardian's Path
      • While using a two-handed weapon, spirit regenration is increased by 35% (up from 25%)
    • Wave of Light
      • A wave of light crushes enemies for 390% weapon damage as holy (up from 215%)
      • Explosive Light rune releases bursts of light that deal 430% weapon damage as holy to nearby enemies (up from 285%)
      • Pillar of the Ancients rune summons an ancient pillar that deals 280% weapon damage followed by an additional 280% weapon damage after 2 seconds (up from 210% and 210% respectively)
    • Way of the Hundred Fists
      • Generate 8 spirit per attack (up from 6)
      • Fists of Fury rune causes affected targets to take 100% weapon damage as holy over 5 seconds (up from 10% per second for 5 seconds)
         
  • Witch Doctor
    • Acid Cloud
      • Deals an initial 115% weapon damage as poison, followed by 150% weapon damage as poison over 3 seconds (up from 100% and 75% respectively)
      • Corpse Bomb rune raises a corpse from the ground that explodes for 230% weapon damage as poison (up from 200%)
      • Lob Blob Bomb rune irradiates nearby enemies for 250% weapon damage as poison over 5 seconds (up from 25% per second for 5 seconds)
      • Slow Burn rune increases the duration of the acid pools left behind to deal 300% weapon damage as poison over 6 seconds
      • Kiss of Death rune spits a cloud of acid that inflicts 127% weapon damage as poison followed by 165% weapon damage as poison over 3 seconds (up from 110% and 84% respectively)
    • Circle of Life
      • 30% chance to summon a Zombie Dog when an enemy dies within 12 yards (up from 5%)
    • Corpse Spiders
      • Throws 4 spiders that deal 120% total weapon damage before dying (up from 16% per spider)
      • Blazing Spiders rune summons 4 fire spides that deal 156% total weapon damage before dying (up from 21% per spider)
      • Spider Queen rune deals 630% weapon damage as poison over 15 seconds (up from 16% per second for 15 seconds)
      • Leaping Spiders rune summons jumping spiders that deal 144% total weapon damage before dying (up from 19% per spider)
    • Firebats
      • A swarm of fiery bats deal 180% weapon damage as fire to enemies in front of you (up from 150%)
      • Hungry Bats rune rapidly summons bats that seek or nearby enemies for 350% weapon damage as fire (up from 280%)
      • Plague Bats rune deals an increasing amount of damage up to a maximum of 270% weapon damage as poison (up from 225%)
      • Cloud of Bats rune calls forth a swirl of bats that deal 234% weapon damage as fire, increasing by 20% every second up to a maximum of 100% additional damage (up from 195%, 10% and 50% respectively)
    • Firebomb
      • Lob an explosive skull that deals 110% weapon damage as fire to all enemies within 8 yards (up from 85%)
      • Ghost Bomb rune creates another large blast that deal an additional 30% weapon damage as fire to all enemies within 28 yards (up from 20%)
      • Fire Pit rune creates a pool of fire that deals 36% weapon damage as fire over 3 seconds (up form 8% per second for 3 seconds)
      • Pyrogeist rune creates a column of flame that spews fire at the closest enemy for 640% weapon damage as fire over 6 seconds, you may only have one pyrogeist at a time (up from 140% per second for 3 seconds)
    • Gargantuan
      • Attacks for 100% of your weapon damage as physical (up from 25%)
      • Humongoid rune adds a cleave ability that hits multiple targets for 130% of your weapon damage as physical (up from 55%)
      • Bruiser rune grants the Gargantuan a periodic slam that deals 200% of your weapon damage as physical and stunning enemies for 3 seconds (up from 100%)
    • Grasp of the Dead
      • Deals 320% weapon damage as physical over 8 seconds (up from 20% per second for 8 seconds)
      • Groping Eels rune increases the damage to 416% (up from 26% per second for 8 seconds)
      • Death is Life rune gives a 10% chance to summon a Zombie Dog when enemies die inside the effect (up from 5% and changed from a health globe)
    • Grave Injustice
      • Gain 2% of your maximum life and mana (up from 1%)
    • Locust Swarm
      • Diseased Swarm rune tooltip reworded to 75% weapon damage over 3 seconds (previously 25% per second for 3 seconds)
    • Poison Dart
      • Flaming Dart rune ignites the dart to deal 180% weapon damage as fire at once (up from 160%)
    • Soul Harvest
      • Languish rune reduces the movement speed of harvested enemies by 80% for 3 seconds (up from 60%)
      • Vengeful Spirit rune causes harvested enemies to take 230% weapon damage as physical (up from 70%)
    • Spirit Barrage
      • Deals 230% weapon damage as physical (up from 190%)
      • Well of Souls rune's additional 3 spirits deal 65% weapon damage as physical (up from 30%)
      • Phantasm rune reworded to 225% weapon damage over 5 seconds (previously 45% per second for 5 seconds)
      • Manitou rune deals 1667% weapon damage as physical over 20 seconds (up from 28% per second for 20 seconds)
    • Spirit Vessel
      • Spirit realm duration is 2 seconds (down from 3)
      • Spirit realm healing is 15% (up from 10%)
    • Spirit Walk
      • Severence rune damages enemies you walk through in spirit form for 225% weapon damage as physical every second for 2 seconds (up from 100% single hit)
      • Umbral Shock rune causes your physical body to erupt when spirit walk ends, dealing 310% weapon damage as fire to all enemies within 10 yards (up from 85%)
    • Summon Zombie Dogs
      • Cooldown is 45 seconds (down from 60 seconds)
      • Burning Dogs rune now deals the fire damage every second.
    • Tribal Rites
      • The cooldown of Gargantuan, Summon Zombie Dogs and Mass Confusion are now also reduced by 25% (in addition to Hex, Fetish Army and Big Bad Voodoo)
    • Vision Quest
      • Skill has been redesigned to increase mana regeneration by 30% for 5 seconds when you deal damage with Corpse Spiders, Firebomb, Plague of Toads or Poison Dart.
    • Wall of Zombies
      • Deals 800% weapon damage as physical over 5 seconds (up from 80% per second for 5 seconds)
    • Zombie Charger
      • Wave of Zombies rune now deals 115% weapon damage as poison (up from 72%)
      • Leperous Zombie rune deals 240% weapon damage as poison over 3 seconds (up from 25% per second for 3 seconds).

    • Arcane Torrent
      • Costs 16 Arcane power (down from 20)
      • Deals 210% weapon damage as arcane (up from 175%)
      • Cascade rune fires a new missile for 210% weapon damage as arcane when an enemy is killed by arcane torrent (up from 175%)
      • Arcane Mines rune explodes for 180% weapon damage as arcane (up from 150%)
    • Archon
      • Slow Time rune's duration is 15 seconds (up from 8)
      • Arcane Destruction rune explodes when you transform, dealing 1600% weapon damage as arcane to all enemies within 15 yards (up from 150%)
    • Cold Blooded
      • All damage dealt to chilled and frozen targets is increased by 20% (previously only cold damage was buffed)
    • Diamond Skin
      • Mirror Skin rune reflects 100% damage absorbed (up from 50%)
      • Enduring Skin rune increases the duration to 9 seconds (up from 8)
      • Diamond Shards rune explodes for 210% weapon damage as physical when the effect wears off (up from 155%)
    • Electrocute
      • Deals 90% weapon damage as lightning (up from 80%)
      • Lightning Blast rune creates streaks of lightning that pierce through targets, dealing 86% weapon damage as lightning (up from 80%)
      • Arc Lightning rune blasts a cone of lightning that causes 116% weapon damage as lightning (up from 80%)
      • Forked Lightning rune causes critical hits to release 4 charged bolts in random directions, dealing 55% weapon damage as lightning (up from 46%)
    • Explosive Blast
      • Time Bomb rune detonates from the point it was originally cast after 2.5 seconds for 315% weapon damage as physical (up from 293%)
    • Hydra
      • Frost Hydra rune deals 36% weapon damage as cold to all enemies in a cone (up from 31%)
      • Lightning Hydra rune deals 64% weapon damage as lightning (up from 34%)
      • Mammoth Hydra rune breathes a river of flame at nearby enemies, dealing 67% weapon damage per second (up from 22%)
      • Arcane Hydra rune fires arcane orbs that deal 60% weapon damage as arcane to enemies near the explosion (up from 28%)
    • Ice Armor
      • Jagged Ice rune causes melee attackers to also take 130% weapon damage as cold (up from 100%)
      • Crystallize rune increases armor by 30% for 30 seconds when you are struck, stacks up to 3 times (up from 15%)
    • Meteor
      • Deals 260% weapon damage as fire to all enemies it crashes into (up from 200%)
      • Molten Impact rune increases the impact to 390% weapon damage as fire and the molten fire to 90% weapon damage as fire over 3 seconds (up from 260% and 78% respectively)
      • Meteor Shower rune unleashes a volley of 7 smaller meteors that each strike for 104% weapon damage as fire (up from 80%)
      • Comet rune transforms the meteor to ice and deals 312% weapon damage as cold (up from 240%)
    • Shock Pulse
      • Fire Bolts rune casts bolts of fire that each deal 152% weapon damage as fire (up from 137%)
      • Lightning Affinity rune restores 3 arcane power with every hit (up from 2)
    • Spectral Blade
      • Impactful Blades rune no longer causes a knockback, the slow effect is 80% (up from 60%)
      • Siphoning Blade grants 3 arcane power with every hit (up from 1)
    • Teleport
      • Calamity rune casts a low power Wave of Force upon arrival, dealing 265% weapon damage as physical to all nearby enemies (up from 75%)
