Fox News has been on the air since the 1990s, and over the years the network has established a large team of journalists to lead its news division. In 2019, the network boasted its best primetime ratings in the history of its founding, helping to drive the value of Fox stocks to impressive new heights.
Fox’s female anchors in particular are some of the network’s most distinctive leaders. From lawyers like Laura Ingraham to doctors like Dr. Nicole Saphier, these are the female anchors (both past and present) that helped transform the entire Fox Corporation into a flourishing conglomerate from the ground up.

Though her name changed a few times over the years, longtime Fox News watchers would likely recognize Edith Ann “E.D.” Hill just about anywhere. She worked for Fox for nearly a decade as a political journalist, though she was chiefly known as an anchor on the network’s flagship show Fox and Friends.

Following her exit from Fox in 2008, Hill worked for a number of stations before finally landing a national spot at CNN, anchoring CNN Newsroom for many years now. Interestingly, she also found time to write a best-selling parenting book titled “I’m Not Your Friend, I’m Your Parent.”
